- Net profit for the year decreased by 22% to KShs. 19,604 million in 2020 (2019: KShs. 25,165 million).
- Total assets increased by 10% to KShs. 987.8 billion in 2020 (2019: KShs. 898.6 billion).
- Customer deposits grew by 12% to KShs. 767.2 billion in 2020 (2019: KShs. 686.6 billion).
- Net interest income increased by 17% to KShs. 72.1 billion in 2020 (2019: KShs. 61.4 billion).
- Basic earnings per share decreased to KShs. 6.10 in 2020 from KShs. 7.83 in 2019.
- Non-performing loans (NPLs) rose to KShs. 96.6 billion in 2020 (2019: KShs. 66.2 billion), with the NPL ratio rising to 14.7%.
